Returns / Credits
RETURNS / CREDITS Errors in shipment and/or credit card charges must be reported within 30 days of purchase. If not,  shipment will be considered complete and correct. No return of products will be allowed after 90 days from delivery date. Products returned for credit within 90 days will be credited at the purchase cost less a 20%  restocking charge. Credit applies to product value only. No credit will be given for the costs of  shipping. Before any products are returned, you must call our toll-free customer service number or  email us to obtain a return authorization number, and address to which the return should be sent. All returns must be clearly labeled with the assigned authorization number, order number and date  of purchase. The authorization number must appear on the exterior of the carton. Returns due product defects or errors on the part of DEALERSTOCKROOM.com or its suppliers will  not be subject to the restocking charge. Shipping expenses will be refunded for defective products  and errors made by DEALERSTOCKROOM.com and its suppliers.
