Balloons are 20 in and come in 40 styles, such as RED SALE, HAPPY FACE, checkered, flag, and solid colors. The kit has a window clip, a balloon adapter clip, and a balloon pole. The clip goes on the side window: raise the window to hold it, lower it to take it off.
Each kit has a 35 in aluminum pole, and a 30 in balloon pole and adapter clip for each balloon. The 3- and 5-balloon kits add cluster arms. The parts fit the window kits too.

These sturdy bases ensure the pole will not tip over. The Steel Ground Spike is 25" long overall. The lower 15" is driven into the ground, leaving a 15" sleeve above ground into which the Aluminum pole can be inserted.
